We're more comfortable with acting as though certain things never happened not realizing there is something that takes place when this is our way of living. Think of it this way, when we get cut the first thing we do is look for something to stop the bleeding. Then we clean the wound then cover it with a bandage. Or if the wound is too deep, we go to the hospital to get a professional to look at it then stitch it up. Now, that's the correct way to deal with a wound.
