Everything we need is in Him

How important is God's presence to you?

This is a question that I have been asking lately. Many will say that His presence is very important, they may even say that the presence of God is the most precious thing to them, and it should be.

Now those of us who have truly been in His presence know that its real and the change in us becomes not only real, but EVIDENT. It is a known fact that no one who has truly come in contact with the great I AM has remained the same. God's very nature once we get a true revelation changes us from the inside out.

Imagine what our lives would be like if our appetite was proportioned based on our physical needs and we ate from a place of contentment. We wouldn't overeat now would we?

Imagine if our minds were filled with scriptural truths about who we are in Christ. Just imagine if our automatic response to stress, anxiety, and fear was to fall at the feet of Jesus. There wouldn't be so many that fall prey to the battles of the mind right?

Is this way of living too good to be true? Absolutely not! Beloved this is the wholeness that God wants us to experience. The bible is clear when it says, as we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us. The things mentioned above are doable by the grace of God, but there is something that we must do first, and that's to get in the position to receive it. How? Getting into His presence.

I encourage you to pray without ceasing, so go ahead and make your request known to the Lord, because He has made promises to us through His Word that enables us to do the very things that we need to do to live a life of wholeness.

Know that EVERYTHING that we need is wrapped up in Him. Joy, peace, humility, self control, faithful, patience, and all of the other attributes of the fruit of the Spirit are wrapped up in Him. We can't experience these things outside of Him.

I encourage you today to get in His presence no matter what you're facing right now, everything that you seek is there. It is His good pleasure to give us the kingdom.
